1.How can I get some samples?
1)We are honored to offer you samples. Clients are expected to pay for the courier cost,
the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection
account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:
1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;
3)Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Inspection report will be sent to you before loading container.
3.Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?
Yes, we can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods , for patent protection purpose,
a letterof attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.
We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture, logo,
etc detail information design for customers.
4.Are you factory or trading company?
We are a manufacture with all production process,including powder coating&paint line.
5. How can I know whether you are a reliable company?
We are gold supplier in alibaba and assessed by BUREAU VERITAS. Orders can be done by
TRADE ASSURANCE, we have credit guarantee limit.

Good quality chair base ,gas lift ,mechanism :Office chair base anti-rusted can support more than 900.00kgs power ,passed the BFMA test , Gas lift passed the SGS ,TUV/GS/CE test , gas lift can select the lift range :60mm-12mm .Mechanism have the mutil-function can lock at any position . Also have the luxury mechanism more comfortable and more function .
B.Good quality foam inside of the chair :New and high density foam use for the chair , 35.0kgs/m3 , chair seat foam thickness 10cm ,back foam thickness 8cm.When you sit one the chair will feel very conformtable and after long time use the chair will not change the shape
C.Ergonomic design: Office chair design and the molding combine according to ergonomic rules ,when you long time seating on the chair will be fully rested and will not be tired ,and will not harm to your body .
4.Office chair mesh fabric colors many: We have more than 30 colors of leather and fabric for your selection .You can select any color you like . The upholster leather or fabric all are high quality ,strong and durable .

Foam Cutting → Leather of Fabric Cutting → Plywood board drill → Foam shaping → Leather of fabric sewing → Chair Upholstery → Chair QC inspection → Chair Clean → Chair Packing →Loading for the customer
7.Good packing for the office chairs : All the chairs with knock down packing ,before packing ,our QC will assemble the chair to check the quality and confirm ok will been packed , the chair with the pearl cotton protection and packed with instruction manuel in in the good quality carton boxes ,carton boxes outside will strong packing belts to avoid the damage during long time transporation and several time loading and un-loading .
8.Logistics process: You can have your own shipping agent to arrange shipment for you or we can help you to arrange the shipment. Our transport workers are professional. They will keep the goods smooth and steady.And we will also double check the quantity again to avoid some missing parts.
