| Company introduce | Cooperation Process:<br />If you are interested about our shoes and require for the samples, please contact with us and send your details, we will get back to you as soon as possible.<br />Sample make takes about 10-15 working days normally depend on your design. You can contact us if you have any question or any modification about shoes, we will try our best to improve and meet your needs.<br />For the new customers, sample costs should be charged based on number of styles (Usually 3-4 Colors of One Style). We will return the sample fee when you place an order with us. For our regular customers we make samples for free except sale samples in big quantity.<br />If you satisfied with our samples and quality, we will send the PI for your confirmation and send the confirmation samples to you. And we will start mass production after your final confirmation.<br /> We manufacture as your request and order quantity in a normalization standard. we make every procedure be accurately.<br />We check the quality of every shoes carefully before we package .<br />After we checked all shoes then pack and delivery to the port with real time monitoring to ensure the goods reach to the port intact on time.<br />Production Process:<br /> <br />1. Preparing the material with high quality to cutting.<br />2. Then through vamp scissors &cementing including vamp folding &cementing,trimming for vamp backstrap lining,Gore cementing to warping, heel covering and assembling. .<br />3. We started with stitching including vamp stitching ,backstrap ∨nament stitching ,vamp bining to get cementing,heating &drying.<br />4. Now we gotta insole cementing ,drying, cluing insole covering to make sole laying and sole press. <br />5. We prepared for fixing &packaging which contain lasting, heating, cooling, pull out last, fixing, cleaning, loose thread and tying .<br />6.
