Qingdao Hantang International Medical Health Industry Co., Ltd is a specialized company focused on manufacturing and selling of protective articles, as well as selling of medical consumables. The company invested more than 10 million RMB to establish an 800 square meter aseptic production workshop, with 10 production lines of KN95 face masks and 6 production lines of disposable protective face masks. The workshop is equipped with face mask film machine, automatic earloop welding machine, automatic nose bridge strip machine, automatic packing machine, sterilizing equipment and inspection equipment, etc. Along with a team of rich experiences and excellent skills, which focus on production and technology, we can provide more professional, more advanced, and safer products for customers.
Our main products are KN95, FFP2, FFP3 face masks with 5 layers, the 5 layers are 2 layers of 25GSM 3S non-woven fabric, 2 layers of 25GSM PFE99 melt-blown fabric and 1 layer of 50GSM hot air cotton. The PFE of the KN95 is over 95%, the PFE of the PFP2 is over 94%, the PFE of the FFP3 is over 99%, and the oil filtration efficiency conforms to the EU standards.
Our disposable protective face masks have 3 layers, 1 layer of 25GSM waterproof non-woven fabric, 1 layer of 25GSM BFE99 melt-blown fabric, and 1 layer of 25GSM super soft non-woven fabric. It can be customized more than 90%, 95%, 99% masks as per customers′ requirements.
