We owned production equipments including injection molding machines crushing machines, mixer machines, 3 full automatic YAMAHA SMT production lines, 2 full automatic unloaders, 2 automatic printing machines, 1 semi-automatic printing machine, and there 18-zone reflow soldering, 2 AOI detectors, 5 assembly lines, 6 aging equipment for finished products, 1 high-frequency equipment for product packaging and sealing, and 1 ultrasonic equipment for housing. In 2020, We introduced 5 new blackbody furnaces for frontal temperature gun testing and 3 equipment for constant temperature water tank + blackbody tester. Infrared thermometer gun′s daily production capacity reaches more than 15, 000 PCS. With the Han′s laser full automatic KN95 masks machine, our production capacity for KN95 masks can reach 50, 000 pieces per day.
