International trade personnel negotiate with the clients about the details of the fabric, accessories and specifications, etc.Purchasing department purchase the fabric and accessories which clients require.We will choose 5-10% of them to make quality inspection to check if they can meet the standard.After checking the quality of them, workers in the factory will firstly manufacture a sample.Then the technical section will check if the sample is correct.If the sample is correct, workers will begin to bulk producing.When bulk producing proceeds to 100 pieces, technicist will go to the factory to check the quality of them.And when products packing proceeds 40%, technicist will go to check again.The selective examination rate is 5-10% of the total quantities.After packing, technicist should make the final selective examination.
